Friday 10th January I gave my first talk at the Woodingdean Holy Cross Church Hall about what our dig and research finds have informed us about the history of Newmarket Farm. It was very well attended and seemed to be very well appreciated – despite a failure to get the projector working! It was good to see a wide range of the best of our finds out on public display. This was my first talk about Newmarket Farm, and I certainly hope it will not be my last; I am open to requests!
For those who missed the talk, or even for those who attended the talk but were disappointed they didn’t get to see the slides, an adaption of the presentation will be available from the menu near the top of this blog.

I had originally posted the presentation using the WordPress presentation shortcode. However mobile browsers struggled to display it, and when they did, it was at too low a resolution to be easily readable.
